Driving Record Issues

If you have purchased a Florida driving record and are having trouble finding it or downloading it, take a look at the information below to troubleshoot the issue. If you still experience difficulty, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help!

Problem #1:

I paid for the record, where is it?

  • After making the payment, it will be on your account dashboard for you to download as a PDF. It will not be emailed to you. You must download and save it to your computer. 

Problem #2:

I entered my driver’s license number incorrectly. What do I do now?

  • Since the State of Florida takes the payment for each record pull — regardless of if it was successful or not — there are no refunds for errors. You will need to re-purchase the record and enter the correct information.

Problem #3:

I entered my driver’s license correctly, but when I try to download the record I get a notification that says “Failed to Load.” Help!

  • This means that the Florida state system for ALL driving abstracts is temporarily down/unavailable and could not process your request. In this case, it is best to call us at 844-602-1555 so that we can attempt to retrieve your driving record for you. You will not have to pay again.
